
Melissa Lambert, Director of Performance Training Clinics, is a Licensed Professional Counselor and certified through the International Youth Conditioning Association: Melissa grew up in Montville, CT and played collegiate soccer for Eastern Connecticut State University women’s soccer team earning all-conference, all-region and all-New England as a defender (2004-2006). She led her team to two NCAA tournaments and made the top 10 ranking for Division III schools in the country. Melissa was a two time Outstanding Scholar Athlete (2006-2007) and a member of the National Honor Society for Psychology (Psi Chi). Melissa pursued a graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Springfield College with a concentration in Child and Adolescent Psychology.
She currently works at Natchaug Hospital as a partial hospital clinician with children ages 10 to 15. Prior to working with middle school kids, Melissa has worked as a float therapist covering child and adult inpatient, intensive in-home therapy for children and adolescents in crisis and partial hospital programs with children ages 5 to 18. In addition, Melissa has experience in running parenting classes, multi-family groups and has created a jump roping curriculum for middle school kids called JUMP (Join, Understanding, Move, and Persevere) for the fight against bullying. Melissa was recognized by Natchaug Hospital in going above and beyond in the core value of Education in working with children and their families. She is also a thought leader for Today’s Parent USA and writes articles for various organizations.
Melissa was the assistant coach of the Southeast Soccer Club (SSC) 15G premier soccer team with Connecticut Coast Soccer Founder, Rob Brule, in 2011, and was Program Director for strength and conditioning program during CCS High School Team Week Clinics during the summer. She currently competes in fitness competitions and runs races to raise money for the organization, “ING Run for Something Better” to support youth fitness programs in school systems.

Dave's soccer experience includes playing the game of soccer his entire life. He started playing in the Pembroke and Kingston town soccer program starting at age 6. In high school in Massachusetts, Dave was the captain for the Silver Lake High School State Championship team, was elected into the SLRHS Athletic Hall of Fame and was an Olympic Development Player (ODP), district and state team member. Dave was a two-time Member of the Bay State Games Gold Medal soccer team prior to attending Keene State College, where he was selected team Captain and an All-New England Player.
Dave Gleason has been coaching young athletes for 2 decades, dating back to 1989 as a soccer coach to hundreds aspiring soccer players. In the mid to late 90′s Dave was strength coach for some of the most successful young tennis players in New England – many of them reaching top ten rankings regionally and nationally. Dave has served as a strength and conditioning coach for private swim club teams and has worked individually with hundreds of children 6-18 years old with a wide ranging ability level.
Having managed and owned several successful businesses in Eastern Massachusetts, Dave rededicated his career to that of his passion – young athletes and non-athletes a like for ages 6-18. Athletic Revolution was opened by Dave and his wife Andrea in the fall of 2009 and has already become the most sought after program on the Massachusetts’ south shore for youth fitness and athletic development.
